At SnapDots, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy below.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day
  • During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer

We currently ship to:

  • Australia-wide

International shipping may be added in the future.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
    • Product size and weight
    • Delivery location
    • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

SnapDots is not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Orders returned to us due to address errors

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damage and packaging

Authority to Leave (ATL)

By placing an order, you agree that parcels may be left in a safe place if you select Authority to Leave. SnapDots is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery has been marked as completed by the courier.
