At SnapDots, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you decide you no longer need the product.
We strongly recommend:
- Measuring your glass accurately before ordering
- Ordering a sample (if available) before purchasing full rolls
Faulty or Damaged Products
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong size or product sent)
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue and packaging

Once approved, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund (depending on the issue and availability)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Glass films that have been cut, trimmed, or installed
- Products damaged due to incorrect installation
- Products damaged due to improper handling or surface preparation
- Clearance or discounted items (unless faulty)
Installation Responsibility
SnapDots glass films are DIY products. We provide installation guidance; however:
- We are not responsible for installation errors
- No refunds will be issued for damage caused during installation
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5โ10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- If a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
