Click & Collect Policy

SnapDots offers a convenient Click & Collect service, allowing customers to order online and collect their items from our designated pickup location.

How Click & Collect Works

  1. Place your order on snapdots.au and select Click & Collect at checkout.
  2. Once your order is prepared, you will receive an email notification confirming that your order is ready for pickup.
  3. Please do not arrive before receiving the pickup confirmation email.

Pickup Location

  • Pickup is available after 4:30 pm from our designated collection location as advised in your confirmation email. Contact us if you need to arrange a different pick-up time.
  • Full pickup details will be provided once your order is ready.

Pickup Timeframe

  • Orders are typically ready for collection within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated.
  • Collection is available by appointment only to ensure smooth and timely service.

What to Bring

  • Your order confirmation email
  • A valid photo ID
  • The name on the ID must match the order details

Order Collection

  • Orders must be collected within 7 days of receiving the pickup confirmation email.
  • If you are unable to collect within this timeframe, please contact us to make alternative arrangements.

Third-Party Collection

  • If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please notify us in advance.
  • The collector must present the order confirmation and their photo ID.

Uncollected Orders

  • Orders not collected within the specified timeframe may be cancelled.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Important Notes

  • Click & Collect orders do not incur shipping charges.
  • Some oversized or custom-made items may not be eligible for Click & Collect.
  • We reserve the right to modify or suspend Click & Collect services at any time.
